IS THIS YOU?

Have you ever bought a notebook thinking that you’d love to start journaling but then felt like you don’t have anything interesting to say?

Have you started journaling, but find yourself pushing journaling to the bottom of your to-do list because life just gets in the way?

Do you feel guilty about wanting to take time for yourself, turning off all distractions, and putting yourself in a room where no one can disturb you for an hour?

Do you dream of writing for your own eyes, writing for your own peace of mind, writing for feeling lighter, and letting go of this mental load?

THE RIGHT TO WRITE

Most people don’t understand that you do not need to be a writer to have the right to write.

Listen: your handwriting is directly connected to your heart.

When you are journaling, you are giving energy and attention to your dreams, you are practicing thinking with your heart (vs. overthinking with your mind), you are creating unity of heart and mind, and this, my dear, is the way to create a life you truly love.

“What is journaling?

Journaling is thinking with your heart.”

Ardas Chandra

“There is a secret that real writers know that wannabe writers don’t, and the secret is this:

it’s not the writing part that’s hard.

What’s hard is sitting down to write.

What keeps us from sitting down is Resistance.”

Steven Pressfield, The War of Art

The same can be said for meditation, or any creative and/or mindfulness practices. Come sit with me, and together we will move past our “Resistance”.

It’s very simple:

We meet on Sunday to journal together.

Allow one hour of your time to settle in the space, connect, journal, and feel crystal clear afterward.

What you get:

  • Group energy

  • Accountability

  • Guidance by Ardas Chandra

  • A short and sweet meditation practice

  • Journaling session

  • Meet your new journaling best friends (teamwork makes the dream work!)

  • Access to a Telegram chat ‘Sunday Journaling’ for guidance in-between classes and early registration access to the next classes

  • After class: Notion template so that you can start to create your collection of journaling prompts and revisit as desired

  • Live + 7-day replay

  • Duration: 60 minutes via Zoom (recorded)

Attending live is the best option. The link is sent out 30 minutes prior to class.

Can’t make it live? The replay will be made available to you for 7 days.

MEET YOUR HOST

My name is Ardas Chandra, and I am here to inspire you to start or deepen your relationship with yourself through a journaling practice.

  • Feel held in the space, bring pen-to-paper and explore who you are through a guided journaling practice. Feel good, do good.

  • We meet on Sunday (not every Sunday, some Sundays). And we meditate, create a group energy field together, journal and have a time in community.

  • Journaling can be highly individual, but sometimes the group accountability can help to actually do it AND go deeper into it.

  • You get to spend one hour on Zoom but actually, it’s one hour with yourself, while you are held by Ardas Chandra to explore what needs to come through on this day.

You leave feeling clear, and ready to start a new week.

Practice thinking with your heart.

Bring pen-to-paper.

Call in your biggest dreams.

Reconnect to who you are.

Create a vacuum to welcome abundance.

Build momentum.

Explore the healing properties of journaling.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

  • Not at all! The journaling part is the peak pose of the class.

The class is designed like a flow, to allow you to untangle the ball of yarn in your mind, connect to your state of being, and warm up your heart space.

You’ll be guided into this space where the moment of clarity can happen…

  • Absolutely not!

Did you buy a notebook some time ago with the idea of starting to journal? Then this is for you.

Are you already having a steady journaling practice, but are curious to be guided? Then this is also for you.

  • You’ll leave the class feeling lighter, with a better sense of direction and you’ll be so happy you gave yourself this gift.

It’s the ultimate self-care for your soul, mind, and body.

  • I’m pretty sure you already have a notebook somewhere in your house.

You can watch my video on my Top 3 Notebooks for Journaling here.

  • Freewriting is also called “stream of consciousness writing”. It’s what we do in our “morning pages” (cf. The Artist’s Way).

It’s a form of deep listening where you let your thoughts flow out onto paper in real time.

You’re not worried about the quality of the writing.

Your only goal is to write without inhibitions.

As you’re freewriting, don’t erase or cross anything out. Don’t overthink it. Just keep writing until it feels like you’ve said it all.

  • The replay will be sent out after the class and available for 7 days.

  • The cost of not journaling is huge if you ask me!

The benefits of being guided mean that you will actually show up and explore those parts of yourself… this is priceless.

All prices are in US dollars.

US $33 as of February 2023.

All prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are final.

You can book your spot here.

  • Your notebook and a pen. Yourself.

And… anything that makes you feel comfortable:

    Some candles. Some sacred incense.

Your noise-canceling headphones. A warm tea.

“I TOOK UP WRITING DURING A DIFFICULT TIME IN MY LIFE.

I WOULD SET A TIMER,

PUT MY PEN TO PAPER,

AND WRITE THE FIRST THING THAT CAME TO MIND.

I WOULD POUR MY HEART OUT INTO MY JOURNAL,

AND IT WOULD BRING MY MIND TO EASE.”
