Meditation to Brighten your Radiance

You are invited to join The Community and practice the Radiance meditation for 3 to 11 minutes every day.

40 Days. Practice every day for 40 days straight. This will break any negative habits that block you from the expansion possible through the exercise.

90 Days. Practice every day for 90 days straight. This will establish a new habit in your conscious and subconscious minds based on the effect of the meditation. It will change you in a very deep way.

120 Days. Practice every day for 120 days straight. This will confirm the new habit of consciousness created by the exercise. The positive benefits of the exercise get integrated permanently into your psyche.

1 000 Days. Practice every day for 1 000 days straight. This will allow you to master the new habit of consciousness that the exercise has promised. No matter what the challenge, you can call on this new habit to serve you.

This meditation is your best PR agent. It will give your grace, radiance, and prosperity.

“You are a human being. “Hu” means spirit, the light. “Man” means the mental, the now, being now. You are the spirit of your mind. You are the bright light of yourself.”

  • Tune in by chanting 3 times ‘Ong Nam Guru Dev Namo’.

  • Sit in a meditative posture, straight spine, chin in, chest lifted.

  • Place the hands 30 cm (12 inches) to either side of the ears, palms facing forward, finger pointed to the ceiling, the thumbs and index fingers are in Gyan Mudra (tips of the fingers are touching), and the rest of the fingers are held side by side, pointing straight up.

  • Focus your eyes on the tip of the nose.

  • Make your lips not an ‘O’ shape. Inhale and exhale long and deep through this ‘O' mouth.

  • Keep going for 3 to 21 minutes. 11 minutes is nice and sweet.

  • To end, inhale deeply, hold your breath and come to a zero state, and synchronize your entire being, and exhale and relax.

    NB — You can listen to a mantra while practicing. It was originally taught with the track “The Yogi” by Mata Mandir Singh.
